Weaver
Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Weaver, provided by RENATO MORAES PINHEIRO LTDA, Brazil (“Glossa,” “we,” or “us”).
Acceptance and operator
By downloading, accessing, or using Weaver, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be able to enter into this agreement under applicable law.
The service
Weaver is a reader for EPUB and PDF files that can offer reading tools, optional accounts, assistant features, and store-provided subscriptions. Features can vary by device, region, store availability, and release.
Eligibility and accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, using only accounts you are authorized to use, and keeping device and sign-in access secure. Do not share or attempt to bypass credentials or account protections.
Your books and content
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights needed to import, read, and use books and other material with Weaver. You keep your rights in that material. When you request a connected feature, you give Glossa the limited permission to process the selected text, bounded context, and related data only to provide, secure, maintain, and operate that requested service as described in the Privacy Policy.
Assistant limitations
Assistant output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for your purpose. Check important information against reliable sources. Weaver is not professional legal, medical, financial, educational, or other expert advice, and assistant output should not be treated as a substitute for it.
Acceptable use
Do not use Weaver to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malware, interfere with the service, probe or bypass security, automate access beyond offered interfaces, impersonate others, or submit content that you have no right to process. Do not use the assistant to generate or facilitate harmful, abusive, or unlawful activity.
Subscriptions and purchases
Some features may require an auto-renewing subscription. Before you confirm, Apple or Google displays the localized price, billing period, benefits, and any offer available to you. A subscription renews automatically until canceled.
Apple or Google, as applicable, handles payment, tax, cancellation, and refunds under its store rules. Cancel through the store: manage Apple subscriptions or manage Google Play subscriptions. Access normally continues through the paid period unless applicable law or store rules state otherwise. Where Weaver displays a restore-purchases option, use it if a store purchase is not reflected.
Deleting your Weaver account does not cancel an Apple subscription, so cancel it separately in Apple settings. For a linked renewing Google Play subscription, successful deletion asks Google Play to stop renewal; if that cannot be confirmed, the account remains available so you can retry. In all cases, verify the subscription through the applicable store before deletion.
Third-party services and materials
Weaver can rely on Apple, Google, and other third-party services or materials. Their terms and policies apply to their services. For apps distributed through Apple, Apple’s Standard EULA applies unless a custom EULA is supplied.
Intellectual property
Weaver, its software, branding, and other Glossa materials are protected by law and remain ours or our licensors’. These terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use Weaver as intended, not ownership of it.
Suspension, termination, availability, and changes
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, address misuse, or operate the service. We may change, add, or remove features, including for security, technical, or business reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every feature will remain available.
Disclaimers, liability, and law
To the extent allowed by law, Weaver is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties not expressly stated here. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To the extent allowed by law, Glossa is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profit, or goodwill arising from use of Weaver. These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, while preserving mandatory consumer rights and protections that apply where you live.
We may revise these terms by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
