Write to [email protected] for help with Weaver, billing, accessibility, or privacy requests. Weaver is provided by RENATO MORAES PINHEIRO LTDA, operating as Glossa Apps in Brazil.

What to include

To help us investigate, include your platform (iPhone, iPad, or Android), Weaver version, a concise description of what happened, steps that reproduce it, and a safe support reference if the app shows one.

Please do not send passwords, session tokens, purchase tokens, full book text, or book files. We do not need them to begin helping.

Import and reading

For import problems, check that the file is an EPUB or PDF and try sharing or opening it with Weaver again. If a book does not open or render as expected, send the platform, app version, file type, and the step where it fails, without attaching the book unless we specifically arrange a safe way to receive it.

Account and sign-in

If sign-in does not complete, confirm that the Apple or Google account on your device is available, then try again. Contact us with the platform and any non-sensitive error message. Never email credentials.

Assistant

The assistant needs a network connection and may be unavailable temporarily. If an explanation or recap fails, tell us the feature you requested, whether it happened repeatedly, and any safe support reference. Do not email the selected passage or a full assistant conversation.

Billing and subscriptions

Apple and Google manage store billing, cancellation, and refunds. Use Apple subscription management or Google Play subscriptions. If a completed purchase is not reflected in Weaver and the app shows a restore-purchases option, use it, then email support if the purchase remains unresolved.

Privacy and account deletion

Read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, or use the account-deletion page to delete an account from the app or by email.
